Warm Welcome & Check-In
You're greeted by our team and settled into your private suite. Browse our comfort menu - warm scented towels, blankets, Netflix, Spotify, and more - and we'll review your health history before we begin.
Digital X-Rays & 3D Scan
We take a full set of dental X-rays and a digital scan of your teeth. These images give us the complete picture before your exam begins.
Doctor Exam - One on One
Your doctor assesses your teeth, gums, and bite - and walks you through every finding. You'll see what we see and understand exactly what it means.
Your Treatment Conversation
Your doctor walks you through your findings in full. You'll leave knowing your priorities, the timeline, and exactly what to expect - including cost.
Hygiene Cleaning (Optional)
If you'd like a cleaning the same day, our hygienist is ready. The doctor exam always comes first - this ensures your cleaning is tailored to your actual needs.

We’re able to schedule your cleaning on the same day as your new patient exam – no need for a second trip. Our hygienists, Brittany and Katelynn, provide personalized care based directly on your doctor’s findings.
We always complete the doctor exam before your cleaning. This ensures your hygiene care is tailored specifically to your needs – not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Where are you located?
We are at 1851 W Indiantown Rd, Suite 203, Jupiter, FL 33458. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor – our office is on the left. Park in any non-reserved spot.
When should I arrive?
If you have completed your new patient paperwork online, you can arrive right at your appointment time. If not, please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to complete forms in the office.
What paperwork do I need?
You will receive a welcome email with a link to your new patient forms. Please complete these before your visit – it allows us to spend more of our time together focused on you, not paperwork.
Do you take insurance?
Flosswell is an out-of-network practice. We believe this allows us to practice dentistry the right way – recommending only what you truly need. We file all PPO claims on your behalf, so there is nothing extra you need to do.
Can I get a cleaning on my first visit?
Yes. We schedule hygiene appointments on the same day as new patient exams when requested. Just let us know when you book and we will hold that time for you. The exam always comes first.
